Service and maintenance
With all of the equipment we supply comes a full service offering to suit the needs of the client. This covers a warranty period and then contract maintenance to support the specific demands of the client such that reliability is maintained. Where units are out of contract or other clients want R&M support we are able to provide this based upon our expertise.
To provide this support we have engineers located around the country who will undertake the work. These are fully qualified service engineers who have an annual training upgrade programme to ensure that they are up to date with the technical and product developments. At our HQ ,we have a significant stock of spare parts and strategically deployed products with our engineers to ensure that we can respond quickly when clients have service requirements.
We offer a full range of spares, consumables and chemicals are from stock for our entire range of equipment.
