Typical systems currently installed include that of an MBR plant designed to treat 3835kgCOD/day (COD 3150mgO2/L at 900m3/day flow rate. The system comprised of an effluent balancing tank, DAF treatment, separation, MBR treatment, Aeration, Ultrafiltration of the sludge and collection of UF permeate for discharge to the trade effluent point. As with all systems we design, processes are automated and are programmed by our specialist engineers to ensure efficient use with minimum maintenance implications. Training for on-site engineers in the operation of the system can be arranged.
